Once you have made a request or your booking has been accepted, you still have the flexibility to make changes to your trip.
To change the dates of your request or booking:
- Log in and go to 'Trips'.
- Select the booking and click 'Edit Dates'.
- Send a new request with the updated dates.
- If the Advertiser accepts, confirm the new dates.
Please note that the Advertiser has 48 hours to review and accept or decline your date change request. If accepted, the dates will be automatically changed. However, if the request is declined, the booking will remain valid for the original dates.
To change the pick-up and drop-off time of your booking:
Please message the Advertiser. If both parties agree, make sure to document the new times on the GoForm during the pickup process to avoid any disputes in the future.
Please note: significant deviations may incur a half-day fee due to cleaning and planning constraints.
