Parties may arrange face-to-face meetings or telephone calls before confirming a booking, and we can assist with this. However, for safety and privacy, it is recommended to confirm the booking before a viewing takes place. Contact details are not shared until the booking is confirmed. This is to ensure that bookings and payments are made directly via the Goboony platform, providing you with protection and the benefit of our safeguards.
Tip: If you have a specific reason for needing to contact the Advertiser off of the platform at this stage, let us know by sending a ticket through the Help Centre.
Once your booking is confirmed you should be able to see the Advertiser's telephone number and other contact details in your booking dashboard, as well as on the Goform. If this is not the case, please contact us via the Help Centre.
