If you need to change the details of the driver, the first thing to do is contact the Advertiser so they are aware of the change for insurance purposes. Once they have been informed, please contact the Goboony Support Team and let us know the following details of the new driver:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Address
When we have been informed of the change, we can amend the booking so that the rental agreement includes the new driver.
However, if the booking has "Goboony Insurance", then you are able to add additional drivers or change the main driver yourself underneath the tab "Drivers". The following details will be required:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Country of licence
- Driving test passed date
- Number of points
Drivers must be aged between 25-74, have had a valid driving license for a minimum of 3 years and have no more than 6 points on their license to be eligible. We also recommend that you book in the name of the primary driver. Drivers can be added, edited or removed up to 24 hours before the booking start date.
