If you wish to make changes to a confirmed booking, here's what you need to know.
To change the dates of a confirmed booking, you will need to:
1. Discuss a new date with the Advertiser, preferably via the booking dashboard so that we can see the agreement.
2. Select 'Request date change' & choose the new dates for your booking
The Advertiser will have 48 hours to either accept or decline your newly proposed dates. Once accepted, the dates will be changed automatically. However, if your request is declined, the booking will revert back to the original dates.
To change the pick-up and drop-off times, you will need to:
1. Reach out to the Advertiser through the booking page to discuss the desired changes. Keep in mind that significant changes may not always be possible, especially if the Advertiser has other bookings scheduled for that day.
2. Agree upon the new dates and any potential additional charges for the changes.
3. Before finalizing any changes, make sure to note the new times on the GoForm, which is available on the booking page. Both parties should sign the updated GoForm to acknowledge the modifications.
Please note: the official pick-up and drop-off times cannot be directly changed in the Goboony system. Therefore, it is important to communicate the newly agreed times with the Advertiser.
