Before booking is confirmed, you will be able to send messages to the Traveller through the chat. Please note that only text messages can be sent here.
Once booking is confirmed, the rental agreement will be generated and you will have access to the Traveller’s contact details (phone number and email address), you will then be able to send photos, videos and any other documents you want to share with the Traveller.
