Travellers can communicate with Owners in two different ways. They can either send a booking request or send a message.
Booking request
If the Traveller knows when they want to travel, they can send a booking request for their chosen dates and can include a message with the booking request. A booking request will contain information including the dates, insurance, security deposit, and hire earnings. It can be accepted by the Owner and become a confirmed booking.
Message
If the Traveller does not know when they want to travel or has a question about the vehicle or booking process, they may choose to send a message to the Owner. A message has no information on dates of travel, insurance, security deposit or the cost of the booking. It cannot be accepted by the Owner or become a confirmed booking.
