In this article, you’ll learn how to adjust rates, when and how changes can be made, and what steps both Owners and Travellers need to take to update their booking details.
You can modify the rate of a booking before it is confirmed:
- Go to the booking page.
- Select "Edit Rates" on the right-hand side.
- Enter the new rate and click "Save and accept request."
The Traveller will be notified that the request has been accepted and that the rate has changed. We recommend informing the Traveller about the reason for the rate adjustment. If you are increasing the rate to include optional hire equipment, keep in mind that this is subject to the Goboony service fee.
