Your first booking requests are coming in. How do you manage this?
1. When a Traveller sends you a booking request or message through Goboony's platform, you will be notified by email and phone. You can accept or decline the request by clicking the 'View Request' button in the email or by going to 'My Bookings' in your Goboony account. In addition, the Goboony app allows you to manage requests and messages.
2. When you receive a request, communicate with the Traveller via the messaging service offered by our platform. Here you can discuss the terms of your motorhome hire, highlight any house rules and find out more about the Traveller's planned trip.
3. If you are satisfied with the Traveller and the information provided, you can accept the application. The Traveller then has 72 hours to pay the first instalment and confirm the booking.
