Additionally, the Goboony app for Advertisers allows you to manage requests and messages.
2. When you receive a booking request, communicate with the Traveller through the messaging service provided by the platform. Here, you can discuss the terms and conditions of your vehicle, highlight any house rules, and learn about the Traveller's planned journey.
3. If you're satisfied with the information provided, you can accept the request, giving the Traveller 72 hours to pay the first instalment and confirm the booking.

Responding quickly to a booking request can increase your chances of securing the booking, especially if the Traveller has sent a request to multiple advertisers. It will also help to boost your Goboony score as a responsive and reliable advertiser.
Before accepting a request, make sure that the booking can go through, as the moment you accept it, the Traveller can make a deposit to finalise the booking. If the booking cannot go through after you've accepted the request, there may be cancellation costs, so it's important to be certain before accepting.
