You can contact a Traveller via the chat function on our platform.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Bookings.
- Click on the relevant booking.
- A text box titled "Messages" will appear.
- Type your message to the Traveller.
- Click “Send Message”.
➤ How will I know if the Traveller responds?
If the Traveller replies, you will receive an email notification. You can read their message in the section below the text box in the chat.
➤ When do I get access to the Traveller's personal details?
The Traveller’s personal details (such as phone number and address) will only become visible once the booking is confirmed.
