In this article, you'll learn where to find your Hire Agreement, Terms & Conditions, and GoForm. We’ll also explain why these documents matter and how to use them during your trip.
All your booking info in one place
Once your booking is confirmed, all key documents will be available in your Goboony account. This includes your Hire Agreement, a link to our Terms & Conditions, and the GoForm, which is now completed digitally through the booking dashboard or Goboony app.
These documents are important because they outline your rights and responsibilities and help prevent misunderstandings with the Owner.
Just follow these steps to find them:
- Log in to your Goboony account
- Go to ‘Trips’ (top right on desktop, or via the menu on mobile)
- Select your confirmed booking
- Scroll down a little. On the right-hand side (desktop) or within the trip overview (mobile), you’ll find:
- Your booking details
- The Hire Agreement
- The GoForm
- Contact details for the Owner
Tip: You can also access and complete the digital GoForm directly from the Goboony app for a smoother check-in and check-out experience.
What are these documents?
Terms & Conditions
These are the general terms that apply to all bookings. You can find them in the footer of the Goboony website or directly here. They’re designed to protect both Travellers and Owners by setting clear expectations.
Hire Agreement
This is a personalised document that reflects the specific terms agreed between you and the Owner. It includes the travel dates, payment details, and any custom agreements. Only you and the Owner can view it.
GoForm (Check-in and check-out form)
The GoForm is now fully digital and is completed via your booking page or the Goboony app, together with the Owner at both pick-up and return.
It helps you:
- Record the condition of the motorhome
- Note any existing or new damages (with photos)
- Confirm details like mileage, cleanliness, and fuel level
- Acknowledge any specific agreements
Both parties must complete and sign the GoForm digitally. It's a legally binding document and essential if there's ever a deposit dispute.
Can I still use the paper GoForm?
Yes—while the digital GoForm is the new standard, a paper version can be used in special situations, such as:
- Poor internet connection at handover
- App access issues
- As a backup in case of technical problems
To use the paper GoForm:
- Download it from the Documents tab in your booking
- Fill it out together with the Owner at check-in and check-out
- Take clear photos or scan the signed form
- Upload it back to the Documents tab
Even when using the paper version, uploading it to your booking is required for dispute resolution or insurance purposes.
