In this article, you’ll learn what the Online Goform is, why it matters, how to use it for both check-in and check-out, and what happens once it’s completed.
The Online Goform is Goboony’s digital handover tool. It makes the handover process easier, faster, and more secure. It’s used to record the condition of the motorhome before and after each trip, together with the Traveller.
You can access the Goform through your Goboony account, on the website or in the app.
Each handover (check-in + check-out) takes about 45 minutes. Make sure to plan enough time!
Check-in: Step-by-step
- Make sure your phone has internet access
- The Traveller starts the check-in on their phone
- You confirm the start of check-in on your phone
- Fill in the Goform together on the Traveller’s phone
- Review and confirm everything on your phone
Check-out: Step-by-step
- Open the booking in your Goboony app
- Tap Finalise Goform
- Follow the guided steps together
- During check-out:
- Inspect the interior and exterior → Document cleanliness, damages, and any changes
- Check agreements → Were things like fuel, mileage, or return time respected?
- Settle additional costs → If possible, sort things like refuelling or cleaning costs directly with the Traveller
- Manage the deposit → If all is fine, release it. If not, hold it while you resolve things. Disagree with the Traveller about a damage? Add photos and comments directly to the form before submitting it.
Important: Make sure the Traveller stays until the check-out is complete.
You’ll get a confirmation email with a link to the completed Goform. It’s also saved in your booking overview.

Good to know
- You can’t edit the Goform once it’s submitted
- Internet is needed, no offline version available (yet)
- The app is recommended for a smoother handover
- Always keep a few printed copies of the GoForm on hand, in case you lose internet connection or encounter other issues. You can find the GoForm on your dashboard.
