In this article, you’ll learn what the Online Goform is, why it matters, how to use it for both check-in and check-out, and what happens once it’s completed.
The Online Goform is Goboony’s digital tool that makes the handover process easier, faster, and more secure. It’s used to record the condition of the motorhome before and after your trip, together with the owner.
You can access the Goform through your Goboony account, on the website or in the app.
Each handover (check-in and check-out) takes about 45 minutes, so be sure to plan enough time with the owner!
Check-in: Step-by-step
When you pick up the motorhome and are with the owner, click ‘Start GoForm’ on your booking dashboard or in the app.
Here’s what you’ll go over once you start the GoForm:
- Confirm your booking and driver details → This is important to ensure your hire insurance is valid.
- Inspect the interior and exterior → Document cleanliness, damages, and any changes
- Review insurance and emergency information → Note any additional agreements you have made with the owner
-
Sign the agreement and get ready to go → Once everything is in order, sign off and get ready to hit the road
Check-out: Step-by-step
- Make sure your phone has internet access
- The Owner starts the check-out on their phone
- You confirm the start of check-out on your phone
- Fill in the Goform together on the Owner’s phone:
- Settle additional costs → If possible, sort things like refuelling or cleaning costs directly with the owner.
- The deposit → If everything is fine, the deposit can be released. If not, it will be withheld. Disagree with the owner about a damage? Add photos and comments directly to the form before submitting.
- Review and confirm everything on your phone
You’ll get a confirmation email with a link to the completed Goform. It’s also saved in your booking overview.
Good to know
- You can’t edit the Goform once it’s submitted
- Internet is needed; no offline version is available (yet)
- The app is recommended for a smoother handover
