In this article, you'll learn how to upload a GoForm manually if the online version doesn’t work. We’ll guide you through the steps for both departure and return.
Normally, no upload is needed We use the Online GoForm, which you can fill out and sign directly on your phone. Once completed, it’s automatically linked to your booking, no need to upload anything!
Only use the steps below if the online form didn’t work and you’ve used the paper version instead.Uploading the GoForm before departure (Traveller)If you’ve used the paper GoForm, make sure to fill out and sign pages 2 and 3 with the Owner before hitting the road. Then upload them to your booking by following these steps:
- Take photos of pages 2 and 3.
- Go to your confirmed booking via: Your Goboony account → ‘Trips’ → select your booking → Documents section OR the link in the email/SMS we sent you
- Click ‘Add photos’ to upload the GoForm.
- Got photos of pre-existing damage? Upload them using the second blue button.
- Click ‘Save and finish’ – you’re good to go!
Using your smartphone is the easiest way to snap and upload the GoForm photos.
After your trip
No need to upload anything after your trip, the Owner will take care of that.
