In case of emergencies or breakdowns, you can rely on the breakdown service for assistance. They are available 24/7 and possess the necessary expertise.

1. If the Advertiser has Goboony Day Insurance, use the provided 24/7 Roadside Assistance numbers:

2. If the Advertiser has their own hire-out insurance, contact the Advertiser directly to obtain the roadside assistance number for emergencies.
It is important to document all damages or problems on the GoForm, which should be signed by both the Traveller and the Advertiser. This document serves as important evidence in case of disputes regarding the deposit or additional costs.
Regarding refunds in the event of vehicle breakdown:
- If the owner has a replacement vehicle, arrangements can be made for you to continue the trip using the replacement vehicle.
- If the breakdown was not your fault, as specified in our terms and conditions, the owner is responsible for refunding the unused portion of the hire fee for the days you were unable to use the vehicle (partial refund).
- If the breakdown was caused by your own actions, you will be held liable for the resulting damages (subject to evidence supporting the claim).
