Before starting your journey in the motorhome, it is crucial to come to an agreement with the Advertiser regarding the vehicle's return. Make sure to document this agreement on the Goform. Both parties should sign the Goform to acknowledge the agreement.
However, in the event that the Advertiser is unavailable during the return of the motorhome, here's what you should do:
1. Attempt to get in touch with the Advertiser to discuss the situation.
2. If you are unable to reach the Advertiser, inform Goboony about the situation and provide them with the agreement details.
3. Take photos and videos of the motorhome, capturing its condition. Send these photos to both Goboony and the Advertiser.
4. Note any damages on the Goform and document the mileage. Share this information with both Goboony and the Advertiser.
5. Put the key through the letterbox or in another agreed-upon location as per the Advertiser's instructions.
By following these steps, we can ensure that the booking is properly finalized. You will be protected in case any damages occur to the vehicle after dropping it off.
