You have the flexibility to make changes or cancel your Trip Cancellation Cover at any time.
To modify your XCover Protection or update your policyholder details, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your XCover Account using the same email address you use for Goboony.
2. Click on the policy you would like to make changes to.
3. Choose the "Cancel/Modify" option.
4. Select "Modify policy holder" to update your details. Enter the updated information as required.
To cancel your protection, simply follow these steps:
1. Log in to your XCover Account.
2. Select the policy you want to cancel.
3. Click on the "Cancel policy" button.
Please note that once your policy is cancelled, XCover is unable to reinstate it. Therefore, it is important to consider your decision carefully before proceeding with the cancellation.
Important: If this is your first time accessing your XCover Account, you will need to locate the confirmation email from XCover and click the link provided to set up your account.
