When you need to make a claim through RentalCover, Goboony and the Advertiser work together to handle the process. Here's how it works:
1. Goboony initiates the claim with RentalCover on your behalf.
2. We request specific documents from the Advertiser of the vehicle to support the claim, including:
- Invoice of repair for the damage(s).
- Proof of payment (e.g., bank statement, online banking screenshot).
- Photos of the damage.
- Goform signed by both parties indicating the damage.
3. We forward these documents to RentalCover via email for claim processing.
The security deposit of £150 per claim serves as the excess for the policy. Please note that the exact process and requirements may vary depending on the specific circumstances and the terms and conditions of the RentalCover policy.
