If you accidentally cause damage during your trip, it is important to notify the Advertiser immediately. If the vehicle is still drivable and safe, you may continue your journey. However, it is essential to take the following steps:
- Provide the Advertiser with clear photos and videos of the damage and a detailed explanation of what happened. The Advertiser will forward this information to the garage to assess the repair costs.
- During the completion of the booking, both you and the Advertiser will review the Goform where the damage will be noted. By signing the Goform, you accept liability for the damage caused during the trip.
- The Advertiser will add the damages to the booking page, and you will have the option to accept or refuse the costs.
- If you accept, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your security deposit.
- If you refuse the costs, you must provide an explanation and evidence to support your claim.
