Advertisers place great importance on trust and transparency when it comes to Travellers. This is why it is important to maintain transparency during the booking process and why making a reservation on behalf of a friend or family member is not permitted.
All bookings must be made by a member of the travel party themselves. Using someone else's name for the booking is not allowed since the rental agreement is a legally binding contract. A Traveller who will be part of the travel party must personally make the booking.
