If you need to establish specific rules for a particular booking, you can document them on the GoForm, a form that should be signed by both you and the Traveller.
It's important to note that you can agree on different collection and drop-off times with the Traveller, but this cannot be modified in the booking itself. To ensure clarity and avoid confusion, please communicate any changes via the booking dashboard and document them on the GoForm.
During the handover of the vehicle, it's essential to confirm the arrangements regarding the return time and discuss other topics covered in the GoForm, such as cleaning requirements and fuel or water tank expectations. Make sure to tick the agreed-upon items and have both parties sign the GoForm.
The GoForm serves as a record of the agreements made and is generated for every confirmed booking. It's crucial that both the Advertiser and Traveller sign the GoForm and keep a copy at the time of collection and drop-off.
