If you receive a booking request that you cannot accept, you can decline the request and state your reason for doing so. This is particularly important if your vehicle is being repaired or is already being used during the requested dates. To avoid having to decline future requests, you can block off those dates on your calendar.
If you have already accepted a booking but need to cancel it, you must do so before the Traveller makes the booking final by paying the first instalment. You should inform the Traveller of the reason for cancellation. If you need to cancel after the first payment has been made, there may be a cancellation fee.
To cancel a booking please head over to https://www.goboony.co.uk/dashboard/bookings and log into your account.
Next, select the booking you wish to cancel from the list to open the booking page.
Here you will find the cancellation button.
On confirmed bookings look for ‘cancellation info’.
For requests that are not yet confirmed look for ‘cancel request’.
Click the relevant cancellation button and follow the steps to cancel the booking.
Please note that it is not currently possible to cancel a booking using the Goboony app.
