Adjusting prices:
You can adjust the price of a booking if it has not yet been confirmed by selecting "Edit Rates" on the right-hand side of the booking page.
Enter the new price and select "Save and accepted request." This will notify the Traveller that the request has been accepted and the price has been changed.
Make sure to inform the Traveller why you have altered the rates, and note that if you want to increase the rate to include optional rental equipment, it is subjected to the Goboony service fee.
Adjusting dates:
As an Advertiser, you cannot change the dates of the request, as this must be done by the Traveller.
If the booking has not yet been confirmed, the Traveller can adjust the start or end date by selecting "Edit Dates" in their own dashboard and sending you an updated request via the messaging service.
Once you are happy with the new details, you can accept their request as usual, and any new associated costs for the rental fee or insurance will be added to or removed automatically from their booking.
If the booking has already been confirmed, the Traveller can also send a request for new dates and you will have 48 hours to respond to their request on the booking dashboard. Accepting their date change request means the dates of the booking automatically change. However, declining or not accepting within 48 hours means the dates of the booking do not change and if the Traveller wishes to propose new dates, they would need to send another dates change request.
