If the vehicle is returned and one of your house rules has been broken (e.g. not returned clean), you can charge a fine for this. To do so, please make a note of the rule break on the GoForm and enter the additional cost on the booking page.
If the vehicle has not been refuelled and this is clearly stated in the rules of your vehicle upon return, you can charge a fine. This fine charges for the fuel alone, you cannot charge extra costs for travel to the petrol station. To do so, please make a note on the GoForm and add this as an additional cost on the booking page.
