To confirm booking your motorhome, a Traveller needs to make a minimum of one down payment. But where does that money go?
The money that the Traveller transfers to us via a debit or credit card is transferred to a secure payment service provider.
The rental fee remains with Goboony until 24 hours after the hire begins. After 24 hours, the money is sent directly to the bank account you have assigned to your Goboony profile. Please be aware that money will only be transferred on a working day and can take 2 - 5 working days to reach your account.

The deposit remains with Goboony until the Traveller has returned the vehicle. As the Advertiser, you then have 48 hours to determine whether the deposit can be refunded or deductions need to be made. After 48 hours, the deposit will be automatically refunded to the Traveller if you take no action.
