A traffic fine does not necessarily have to be settled via Goboony. You can simply solve this with the Advertiser. The fine usually comes later if the deposit has already been settled. That is why we cannot settle this fine with the deposit. Goboony asks the Advertiser to pay this fine and then contact you as a Traveller to settle this with each other.
