To create a safe environment for all, Goboony will keep hold of any deposits which will be returned to the Traveller or given to the Advertiser as a result of damage to the vehicle.
However, in some cases you will need to send your deposit to the Advertiser directly. This is due to the terms of their insurance company. The insurance requires proof of a monetary transfer between the Advertiser and the Traveller, so the Advertiser will hold the deposit rather than Goboony in this instance.
