If you need to arrange your own hire insurance before the trip and are finding it difficult, there are a couple of things you can do:
- If you are trying to arrange your insurance through Just Kampers, please check with the Advertiser that you are entering the correct details for the vehicle information
- You can contact the Just Kampers support team to find out why you are not able to arrange the hire insurance, they may be able to resolve this!
- Ask the Advertiser what insurers Travellers have used in the past and try contacting one of these instead
All Travellers must have 6 points or less to hire a vehicle, in certain circumstances, some insurers may insure Travellers with more than 6 points if they can pay a higher deposit.
