You have made a rental request and you are eagerly waiting for the Advertiser to respond. But how does the Advertiser know that you sent a request?
- The Advertiser receives an email with every message they receive
- The Advertiser receives an SMS with every request they receive, if they have verified their telephone number
- The Advertiser receives a push notification in their Goboony app, if they has installed it
- The Advertiser receives a notification on the platform as soon as they log in
We do our best to inform Advertisers about new messages. We ask Advertisers to respond quickly. Sometimes an Advertiser does not have the opportunity to respond. If you do not have a response after a while, you can still send a message. If there is no response, you can report it to Support. If you do not receive a response, you can also start looking for another camper. This increases the chance that you will have a booking in a short time.
