Booking a motorhome through Goboony is very easy. But what do we do for a Traveller?
We ensure that you can connect with Advertisers in a secure way through the message center on the platform. We collect the rent and keep it until you have picked up the camper. That way you know for sure that the Advertiser won't disappear with your money.
Goboony will hold the deposit during your booking. The deposit is kept securely in a third-party account. If there is something to settle after the booking has ended, the Advertiser will have to indicate this. As a Traveller you can agree to the settlement or submit an objection if the settlement is incorrect.
Goboony keeps a finger on the pulse and ensures that both Traveller and Advertiser comply with the lease. In the event of disagreement between the Traveller and the Advertiser, Goboony will actively mediate in the search for a reasonable solution. In the event of cancellation by the Advertiser, we will help you find a replacement camper.
