How can I cancel my request?

If your booking is not confirmed, you can cancel your request without obligations using the following steps:

1. Log into your Goboony account
2. On the top right of your screen, click on Trips (PC) or Menu then Trips (Smartphone/Tablet)
3. Click on the request you want to cancel
4. On the right you can click onCancel Request

This informs the Advertiser that you will not be hiring their motorhome, and displays it as available for other Travellers.

✅You can cancel your booking without charge until your booking has been confirmed.

✅The Advertiser will not see your contact details until the booking is confirmed.
