Payments are made through the Goboony website, and you might wonder where the money goes next.
Money paid through the site is transferred to a third party account through a payment provider.
The rental fee remains with Goboony until we are sure you've got the motorhome to ensure the safety of your payment. It is then transferred to the Advertiser 24 hours after departure.
We will hold the deposit until your return, after which the Advertiser has 72 hours to determine if there are damages or extra costs.
Some Advertisers will have to hold your deposit due to their insurance, this will always be mentioned in their listing, but you can check with the Goboony Support Team if you are unsure.
