Goboony requires any compensatory claims to be made with reasonable evidence warranting compensation. A Traveller may be reimbursed if:
- The vehicle has suffered a mechanical error and the Traveller cannot complete their trip
- The vehicle is not as advertised
- The vehicle is missing key components without being informed beforehand
If the Traveller believes that they should be compensated or partially refunded for a booking, and you do not believe they should, please contact the Goboony Support team to mediate.
