If there was a fine during a booking and the person responsible is refusing to pay:
Contact the Goboony support team after the 10 day allocated period. if you haven't heard from the Traveller after this period, please contact us.
If the fine is subject to further penalties after a certain deadline within the 10 days, contact Goboony support as soon as possible.
Please note that Goboony will not cover any extra fees associated with the fine.
