How do I enter an additional cost?

You can enter an additional cost by doing the following:

1. Logon to your Goboony account and go to the booking page of the booking in question
2. You will then be given the option to release the deposit or add an additional cost. Click "add additional cost" and state what it is you will be charging for
3. Then enter the amount, if this is not yet known, you can click on costs not yet known (please fill this in as soon as they are known).
4. Upload all supporting evidence in regards to the damage, for example:
   1. Goform
   2. Photo of damage
   3. Invoice
   4. Proof of payment
5. The Traveller then has the option of agreeing to the costs or sending a message. If there is no response from the traveller, the deposit will be processed after 5 days.
