You can enter an additional cost by doing the following:
- Logon to your Goboony account and go to the booking page of the booking in question
- You will then be given the option to release the deposit or add an additional cost. Click "add additional cost" and state what it is you will be charging for
- Then enter the amount, if this is not yet known, you can click on costs not yet known (please fill this in as soon as they are known).
- Upload all supporting evidence in regards to the damage, for example:
- Goform
- Photo of damage
- Invoice
- Proof of payment
- The Traveller then has the option of agreeing to the costs or sending a message. If there is no response from the traveller, the deposit will be processed after 5 days.
