If a Traveler accidentally causes a damage to your vehicle, we advise that they contact you as soon as possible!
If the trip can continue, we suggest that the Traveller sends you photos of the damage as soon as possible so you can get a quote from the garage before its return. When the vehicle is returned, please be sure to go through the Goform and make a note of the damage. You will then need to add this as an additional cost on the booking page.
If the damage means that it is no longer safe to drive the vehicle, the breakdown service will need to be contacted as soon as possible so the vehicle can be returned. You will then make a note of the damages on the Goform and add this to the booking page along with the additional costs.
