As an Advertiser you cannot change the dates of the request, this must be done by the Traveller. The Traveller can do this as long as the booking is not yet confirmed. If the booking has been confirmed, you or the Traveller can contact our Support team to make amendments, provided that we have a mutual agreement from both hiring parties.
If you want to adjust a start or end date or if the Traveller wants to adjust their trip's duration, indicate this to the Traveller via the messaging service. The Traveller can then select Edit Dates in their own dashboard, select the correct dates and send you an updated request. Once you are happy with the new details, you can accept their request as usual. If applicable, new associated costs for the rental fee or insurance will be added to or removed automatically from their booking.
