To confirm booking your motorhome, a Traveller needs to make at least the down payment. But where does that money go?
- The money that the Traveller transfers to us via the debit or credit card is transferred to a third-party account. This is done through a secure payment provider.
- The rental fee remains with Goboony until 24 hours after the hire begins. After 24 hours, the money is sent directly to the bank account you have assigned to your Goboony profile. Please be aware that money will only be transferred on a working day and can take 1-5 working days to reach your account.
- To receive the payment, you need to have your account fully verified and your bank account registered. See Verifications for more details.
- The deposit remains with Goboony until the Traveller has returned the vehicle. As the Advertiser, you then have 48 hours to determine whether the deposit can be refunded or deductions need to be made. After 48 hours, the deposit will be automatically refunded to the Traveller if you take no action.
