To have your account verified, we also need you to upload a copy of your ID, such as a driving licence or passport. This is needed by our payment provider so that they can verify your bank details and you can be paid smoothly and on time for your bookings.
If you are having any trouble getting your ID verified, check the following:
- Is the picture clear? (If not, Camscanner is a great free app for this!)
- Does the picture show the whole ID with all corners present?
- Does your ID match your Goboony data? (e.g full name, address etc)
- Have you uploaded the front and the back of your driving licence separately?
If you are unable to upload your ID, please make sure the file is 7MB or less!
