Before the start of booking
If the traveller would like to change the dates of the booking before the booking has started, they can simply select the 'Edit date' option and suggest a new date. This request will then be sent directly to you.
You have 48 hours to decide whether to accept or decline the new date. If you accept, the dates for the booking will be changed automatically. If you decline, the dates for the booking will remain as originally planned.
During the booking
If the traveller would like to spend more time on the road with your motorhome by extending the booking, please contact our support team so we can manually adjust the dates for you. This way we can ensure that the entire length of the trip is still covered by your hire insurance.
